It is very simple to create a VAT invoice via EDGE and deliver to your customer.  You are notified directly when your customer opens your invoice.  You can send invoices to customers outside EDGE with an email link, giving them access with one click of a mouse.  Free of charge they can view, print or save your invoice as a pdf document.   They are also able to export your invoice to their own systems, request credit notes and confirm payments sent.  And by receiving invoices via EDGE they can claim back their VAT quickly.  Managing credits, changing sensitive data, exchanging memos and making payments all happens real-time on EDGE.  All securely kept together in one single place. For both you and your customer.

Payments in many currencies at low cost
You can obtain free of charge a multi-currency account via EDGE to make payments in any currency at highly competitive rates. Fully integrated with the self-bills you create or the invoices you receive via EDGE.  For invoices you send out via EDGE you can also collect funds on these multi-currency accounts.  We charge £5.00 for cross border and £1.50 for in- country payments or collections.

In some countries (not the UK) electronic signatures are required for invoices between businesses.  This provides compliance with many countries' integrity and authenticity requirements for e-invoicing and removes the need to store paper copies.  Multi-currency accounts are available for 19 currencies, covering 30 countries.  EDGE delivers compliance, predictability and instant reach with your international customers and suppliers.

You can pick and choose the services you want to use on EDGE and Pay As You Go.  At all times we facilitate you to use other services when that is your preference.  EDGE can easily be integrated with any software or bank system you use.  And when you decide to de-activate the EDGE Service you can do this at any time very simply and without further charges or tie-ins. 

The first 20 invoices sent are free of charge (to be utilised within 30 days after registering for an EDGE Account). If you decide to continue using EDGE we charge £0.50 per Invoice sent. Minimum monthly bill of £10.00 prepaid at the beginning of each billing period. No charge for receiving Invoices. No charge for sending or receiving Credit Notes, Memos, Payment Notifications or for Secure Messages. No registration fee, no cancellation fee, no additional user fees.
